Great service from three different members of staff. Ao the whole team is absolutely on it. They know their stock, no kessing around they guide you into the right place for you to make the choices. The prices are fair, the service good, the staff great. Thank ypu guys for service as it should be

I've been in this shop just twice, but I am impressed by the customer service they have. It was great and the atmosphere you can feel is so welcoming. All the staff is super kind, they spend time with you to let you find the best shoes at you own pace. I can see that there is lots of work behind the scenes by the management as EVERYONE works together like a family. The vibes are so positive and although I had a problem with the shoes I'd bought, they made the effort to make it right. This is the environment you want to see in EVERY shop you get in! People that CARE about you because they want to satisfy your needs and give you the best experience you can, although it's just a shoe shop! I wouldn't spend my time writing this review otherwise. Beth has been lovely and very helpful, a hi-five for her! The 365 return policy is incredible as well. Thanks and keep going with the good work guys! Valerio

was having a really sh*tty morning and went into this store looking for a pair of sandals for holiday. the most delightful dude, cj, assisted me and as well as being a top notch salesperson, cj is a lovely conversationalist. they really perked up my entire morning and i left the store super happy with my purchase and smiling all the way to work lol. cj my friend, you are so insightful and i suspect have a sublime future ahead of you !! & best wishes with the music:)

Had an emergency as my boots fell apart on the high street. Rin delivered excellent customer service and was understanding about my dilemma. I was able to grab a pair of snazzy boots. Highly recommend.

I can't remember experiencing such friendly and helpful service when shopping in the West End. I was greeted almost instantly and offered assistance. Lou was amazing, friendly and efficient. I was able to pick up my 'click & collect' package straight away, and I was in and out in about two minutes. Based on the service and the general atmosphere of the store I would definitely return.
