I have just received my signs from Really Red and could not be more delighted with them. Having dealt with Samantha, I found her to be friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She even gave me several cheaper options which I hadn't previously considered. Additionally, Really Red's after sales service was very impressive. We ordered a sign at the start of November. Initially the Red Hot Sign Company were very communicative and helpful, but once we had paid they took three weeks to deliver it. When it arrived it was the wrong colour, so they agreed to make a new one. We never got a confirmed delivery date and it eventually arrived after nearly a month and a half - although this time did include Christmas and we would have understood a slower turnaround time, the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. Whilst the sign looks great, we wouldn't use them again because of the almost total lack of communication and long turnaround period.

Ordered a new logo sign for our office wall. Smooth ordering process and good communication. Sign was well packaged and straight forward to fit to the wall using template supplied. I would order again and have no problem giving the Red Hot Sign Company a 5 star recommendation.
