Spa at The Landmark London

A very nice spa! I came here on a weekday afternoon and it was very quiet and had the entire pool area to myself. The spa is well maintained, clean, perfumed, the infrared sauna is amazing. Shame that the jacuzzi was out of service on the day I visited. The spa treatments are quite overpriced - a 20 min treatment costs £55. You can get a full 1 hour treatment elsewhere for this money.

I had a last minute appointment on the 1st of January.Everyone was super nice, especially Victoria at the spa reception. She was really kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my time being there. The massage session was lovely and relaxing. I recommend to everyone

I visited the Spa at the Landmark Hotel in Feb 2023. I booked the spa day deal - £160 for access to the spa, 2 express treatments and £30 credit towards a light lunch. 1. Jacqui, the therapist, was absolutely brilliant and very professional and talented. I cannot fault the treatments I had. Best facial I have had in London so far. She is genuinely a lovely lady and an asset to the hotel. 2. The Spa itself needs a little updating, in my opinion. The sauna was not working on the day. The pool itself was fine, and despite a couple of noisy kids accomodating the pool at half 10, once I arrived, they were gone past 11am - so cannot complain too much. 3. There was mould in the the ladies. showers. This was quite unexpected, and easily rectified. So points down for the that. The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel also smelled quite cheap - lemony citrus- and certainly not premium brand which you might expect from a hotel such as the Landmark. 4. Towels plentiful, and they provide robes and flip flops which is nice. 5. It would be nice if the spa provided menus so you could order drinks during your experience, ie. champagne. Great opportunity to upsell here as people are looking to relax, unwind and splash out. Overall a good experience, but if i was looking for pure luxury, would not return.

Just fabulous . I had the most special birthday treat thanks to the sweetest, very professional and highly experienced therapist Janequa. I have done multiple face and body treatments in London and abroad and I believe today was one of my favourite. I will be returning for more treatments and cannot wait ! Many thanks !
