He went beyond the issue i had and the reason I came to the shop and not only was so kind, efficient and quick to help me with my request but also he helped me with other things i did not encounter, gave me some advise and with super positive attitude. It is a pleasure to come to Decathlon when you have stuff like him, willing to help, advise and give you some tips about your bike. I will definitely come back and ask for his support again.R

Hello! I bought an electronic folder bike, and after a while using it I can say that I am super happy with my purchase, the battery doesn't use a lot of electricity, I didn't even notice so it is worth in terms of save money. The bike is super easy to folder but I bit heavy if you have to carry it two floors everyday as I do. As always Carlos and the cycling team was very helpful and professional! I really recommend the bike 😍
