Roberto (spanish guy) was extremely helpful. he went beyond the issue i had and the reason i came to the shop and not only was so kind, efficient and quick to help me with my request but also he helped me with other things i did not encounter, gave me some advise and with super positive attitude. it is a pleasure to come to decathlon when you have stuff like him, willing to help, advise and give you some tips about your bike. i will definitely come back and ask for his support again.r

Hello! i bought an electronic folder bike, and after a while using it i can say that i am super happy with my purchase, the battery doesn't use a lot of electricity, i didn't even notice so it is worth in terms of save money. the bike is super easy to folder but i bit heavy if you have to carry it two floors everyday as i do. as always carlos and the cycling team was very helpful and professional! i really recommend the bike 😍
