Began everything with a phone call regarding availability. was given the all-clear and invited to bring my things. moving in was swift and easy, the staff are professional, helpful, efficient and generally great. i'm just disappointed about the hours for access. i'd moved my storage closer to home, away from the safestore i previously had in bermondsey which is 24 hour access. the access here is limited to the staffed hours. i was informed covid brought an end to 24 hours access at this site. disappointing.
