Heard of the london animal hospital through fellow pet parents. having rescued my dog who is working on trusting humans and allowing human touch, it was a relief to see the vets here taking the time to shower her with liver treats and gain her trust. vets are knowledgeable, caring and understanding. great staff too who are here 24/7 for emergencies. definitely recommend!
We received expert, sensitive care for the last year of our cat's life and they were there at the very end, which was a blessing and relief. we always felt they genuinely cared about clovis and for that we'll be forever grateful.
Medivet accommodated my urgent request for an animal health certificate with ease. they saw me the same day i called. the vet was very careful to ensure the form was completed properly and offered further advice on taking my dog to the eu. and if there’s any problem at the border, i know medivet will answer the phone 24 hours a day.
