Last month, we booked a Fairway Taxi Classic White as part of our London-based wedding. The process was very easy, and Svitlana was quick to respond and always happy to adapt the service to any change in our needs. Just before the day, we checked in with our chauffeur, Anatoly, on whatsapp to ensure the itinerary was correct. On the day itself, Anatoly arrived on time (early in fact!) and had a very calming presence throughout. He drove the bridal party first, helped them disembark, and came back to pick up Mollie and her dad for the ceremony. He also kindly waited throughout our service, was happy to relocate to another spot where we would meet him after some photos, and then drove us, along with our photographer, to the reception - all in excellent time and reassuringly professional. We hired a 16 Seat Mercedes Sprinter minibus to take family members from the Hotel where they were staying to the Wedding Ceremony, in 2 trips ,which needed to be carefully timed. We chose Lux as we wanted a local family run business that was professional.Our contact Svetlana was well organised and answered all our email and phone enquiries promptly, including handling a late change of plan, e-mailing details for me to confirm and phoning me on the day to provide me with contact details for the driver. The driver arrived in good time, the vehicle was spotlessly clean and well maintained and everyone was delivered according to our plan! We were pleased with the level of service and would recommend Lux

We hired a Fairway Vintage taxi for the wedding day and the car was absolutely stunning. It really was a special touch and we are so glad we booked through Lux. The communication with Svitlana was excellent from the beginning to end. The driver. Sergey, got in touch as soon as the booking was confirmed. He arrived on time on the day and waited patiently for us until we were ready to go. I would highly recommend Lux Wedding Car hire👍

Very good service, came well early at no additional cost to avoid traffic and be on time ready to go for our big day . The driver was lovely and calm. When we initially booked we didn’t realise that the timing we booked initially was incorrect, which was no fault of our own but miscommunication etc. However rather than being charged a full rate for the additional hours required. This was discounted which was really good and helpful. The only reason for 4 star however was because on our final trip from the church to reception. We were only a couple of minutes late approximately 5/6 minutes late to the reception. We still needed to take some pictures with the car on arrival but immediately the car dropped us and left. I feel for that occasion a grace of 10/15 minutes could have been given at least to take the pictures we required rather than just leaving (As a result we have no professional pictures with the car) Other than the above,I would still recommend. We hired the Bentley S3 for our wedding in late May 2022, and it was quite a late booking on our part, but, Lux Wedding Car Hire were able to accommodate us and our requirements. Talking with Svitlana, she was happy for me to pop by and "see the car" and I'm happy that I did, it was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed for a vintage styled wedding. On the big day, the car and chauffeur turned up as expected, and the bride felt like a special princess riding through London in a wonderful car. The chauffeur was a nice chap too!
