They sent someone who did not manage to deep clean a 3 bedroom house in 6 hours. I paid £40 agency fee and £15 per hour to the cleaner directly just to have a basic house clean. When they called me after for a feedback and I told them the above, they just listened. No apology, no special offer or anything. AVOID.
