I went into this store during the week not fully sure of what i needed.i was served by kerry who couldn’t have been more helpful. she had great knowledge of the stock, prices and was eager to make sure i was happy. the service i received was excellent and will highly recommend kerry and the luton store to family and friends.
Perfect selection. no pressure. i was helped by kerry, she gave me advice on what quality of tiles for my bathroom she thought was right for me. i told her what i was thinking and she pointed me in the right direction. super lovely, made me feel welcome and at ease and gave me coffee! highly recommend topps. thank you!
