I was seen by Elvi-Consultant Opthalmologist today (05/08/25) at Alexandra Optician, Luton. Very reassuring and took his time to explain the test and findings. I was very impressed by his caring attitude and the trailblazing service that the NHS has set up in Central Bedfordshire. Please consider setting up this type of service nationally. Thanks Elvi for your kindness and taking time to explain to me in plain simple english!!

Today We are visiting in Alexandra optical shop .the staff members is very very nice and nice behavior and good guidance related to eyes glass.she is provide the very nice service.

I didn’t have an appointment, staff were helpful and booked me in straight away. Optician found a bleed behind my eye and sent me urgently for scan and blood test. Optician went out of his way to help, will definitely be back.
