We use new century cars all the time. they are polite and easy to book. you receive a confirmatory text about your booking(s) as well as a link to pay by card or, alternatively, you can pay the driver with cash. they also confirm the name of your driver as well as a description, colour, make and registration number of the car collecting you. on the dayvtgey text you with all relevant information regarding your booking. our driver arrived on time and was polite and respectful of our property. the car was clean and comfortable. the driver kept in contact with us too. he was an excellent driver and we felt safe. the price was very reasonable too. new century cars are very professional and i have recommended them to family and friends.

Hopeless. tried to book cab early on sunday and barely intelligible operator said something like "no car" and just hung up. most of these 24h can companies aren't quite as advertised, and i've just called several who were polite but all their drivers were pre-booked for airports, but this one takes the biscuit.
2 drivers we had were really good, helped with a wheelchair. felt really sorry for them a drop off in victoria and then a pick up. no problem with them. just the company and the people on the phone . i had to call as they were late collecting us told the car we were supposed have broke down.we needed a car that would take a fold up wheelchair i did not believe that !! but i had to call, good customer service would have called me. again return journey. i called them when no notification of what cab and when due. 3 calls from me, each response was it will be 10 minutes, then 8 , then 10. eventually the driver called morev than 30 mins late, not much fun for a 90 year old disabled person waiting in a windy busy road in victoria. driver blamed traffic he had to come from east london. clearly this is bad arranging from the company.. traffic was awful on the journeys. price was reasonable but felt sorry for the drivers as doubt they earned much sitting in traffic for in theory a few miles in more than an hour. will not use again as not reliable on times and communication is rubbish
Called new century cars late last night from edgware station on returning from holiday. the taxi driver arrived within a few minutes and loaded and unloaded our bags. the cost of the taxi was very reasonable. the driver was polite and courteous. would recommend them highly.
