Highly recommend! fiona is an extremely well trained and very knowledgeable yoga teacher. she is confident, patient and clear and i thoroughly enjoy her yoga classes. my physical and mental wellbeing has improved and fiona's classes offer the perfect balance for beginners and the more advanced. fabulous 5* stars!
