I've been a member at Gymophobics since February. I joined because I don't like conventional gyms, I lose interest very quickly & seems such a chore. Whereas Gymophobics is completely opposite. It's a lovely atmosphere with 1:1 attention and hands on with exercise regimes & healthier lifestyle. You also make great friends too.
