I've been a member at gymophobics since february. i joined because i don't like conventional gyms, i lose interest very quickly & seems such a chore. whereas gymophobics is completely opposite. it's a lovely atmosphere with 1:1 attention and hands on with exercise regimes & healthier lifestyle. you also make great friends too.
