Fantastic Gym. Great atmosphere, friendly, caring staff and great range of classes. I had George as my personal trainer and he is amazing - a real expert in what he coaches and treads the perfect balance between motivation and patience. He has made a huge difference to me.
Brilliant gym, lots of facilities and machines to use and very clean. Staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly and will always help if you need a spot or need an exercise explained to you. Great environment.
