Excellent service. had appointment and service was seemless from entering till leaving. the optician was welsh and could not have been more thorough patient and she took time to explain and to allow choice of frames.
Staff were friendly and helpful. shop is clean and welcoming. i chose one pair of new specs after much debating. very pleased with them, but now i want the other pair too. i go next weekend to collect them and will probably get the other …
