They did a brilliant job fitting us a new boiler. It was a very old system which gave them a few problems but they sorted it. Very professional and friendly. They cleaned up and hoovered each day and even swilled the garden! Thank you very much Jordan and Zac. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely great.....when they show up! They had a 'call out to a leak' so never showed up to do a service and safety check. Never rang to arrange a new appointment and when I contacted them I had to fit in to their diary, they wouldn't make any allowance for the fact they had let me down!
Worst nightmare, managed to drill through a gas pipe, after ringing John Worth, an engineer was sent out straight away, this was the Thursdsy before x mas, the engineer Jacob I think his name was, he was an absolute star and a real credit …
