Dharma yoga has been a very welcoming studio and offers a variety of classes for mixed of abilities. the teachers are very knowledgable and are very authentic to the fundamentals of yoga. the studio is a peaceful place and somewhere you can truly switch off and focus. i highly recommend this studio!
