Sophie was absolutely brilliant. she made me feel welcomed and relaxed. she listened to what i wanted and talked me through what was possible. she gave me some good advice about my hair. the cut and finish was perfect. exactly what i wanted and i was so so pleased. i will definitely be a regular customer from now on.
