Everyone is warm and welcoming and the chairs are comfortable even after a 4 hour hair transformation. tilly was able to understand and give me what i wanted even though i wasn't the best at describing it. and she has an amazing memory too, remembering things from my last visit 10 months ago.
Wonderful first visit to monkey hair today. libbie did a fantastic blow dry/curl to my long hair. looking forward to booking another appointment with her soon.
