Door lock broken, called john out and he was here within 3 hours on a saturday. instead of spending £180 on new lock john took it apart a few times until he got it fixed. great workmanship and highly recommend. thanks john

What a great guy john is. changed two locks and internal mechanisms. adjusted another lock. all done with a smile and friendly chat and in less than 1 hour. brilliant.
