Excellent park for dog walking. It is so vast it never feels crowded. It has so many different zones; boating lake, hills, miniature railway! Amazing playground with a sandpit and lots of climbing equipment. The cafe is great but does get crowded.
So lucky to have this beautiful park on my doorstep. Great to see so many people out in the autumn sun enjoying the facilities, the lake and the walks. Always plenty of quiet areas away from the play area. A real gem and left to the town of Maidstone for people to enjoy. Beautiful.
We walked around both path routes, which was about 4.5 miles. Some slopes but mostly pretty flat. All able to be an off-lead walk for the dog, although we did use the lead once or twice to go past ducks being fed and the cafe which is …
