Long term lower back issue (5 years) seen various specialists nobody really found the cure but would give temporary fix, lasting a month or so. the pain pop up on random days, it was just apart of life. naz found the actual cause instead of masking it up like others. after doing various checks on me , he pin pointed the actual seized up muscle . i am literally cured now but i still be cautious
