Having used Kool-It Services previously I have recommended their services to business colleagues and local suppliers as their prices are both competitive and the service is excellent. We had 3 Mitsubishi MSZ-AP25VGK Air conditioning systems fitted in our bedrooms. It was last summer so I've waited to see how the system works, operates and functions. I've been delighted with the Kool-It team from installation to after sales maintenance care. Andy, Danny, Jay and Ben have been excellent to deal with on install and Andy came back to do the maintenance today which we were really happy with. The Kool-It team are all very friendly, positive and just get on with their jobs when on site. The maintenance contract we've just taken out is quite expensive for two visits per year costing us £455.00 a year for their 'Bronze' maintenance pack, but it is what it is - Kool-It aren't a charity and they have staff to pay, so we understand. I've recommended them to a number of business owners that I know and customers of mine as well (I'm an electrician)and there's no better business than a referral, so that tells you everything you need to know.

I chose Kool-It based on a recommendation from a friend of a friend and the service has been excellent. They were quick and friendly to come round and give me a quote. And then booked installation of the 5KW AC system in my apartment within a week of the quote. On installation day Jack and Richard were both excellent, friendly, professional and left the place tidier than they found it. Cleaning up and taking all the packaging and rubbish away with them. Excellent work!
