Andy and his staff were excellent. Fitted air conditioning to two rooms on a top floor, with the main unit in the ground floor. They were able to work around the rest of the build site, and I thank them for their patience and professionalism. On the final install and commission day, they had it all up and running very quickly, connected to the Wi-fi, and left the area very near and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Andy was on time for both the quote and the installation. The quote was thorough and Andy went through all the best options and prices. Understanding the options was really important to us. The installation was quick and easy and they hoovered as they went. A very clean job inside and out. Having been let down so many times before I am often nervous about getting work done but Andy has restored my faith. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish I was very impressed with Sensible Air Solutions. We have had 3 units installed in our house which the team did to an excellent standard and with minimal disruption to ourselves. The indoor units have been perfectly positioned (it would drive me crazy if they weren't!) and all the pipe work has been installed very neatly. Through the installation the team kept us well informed and they were very neat, clearing up each day. Now we just need some sunshine to put them to the test! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in future.

Rang in at 10.00am to report a fault on one of our units. Engineer arrived within the hour and fixed the fault. Now that's what I call 5 star service. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

We engaged Sensible Air solution to install a Mitsibushi multi split cooling and heating system as part of our home renovation/extension project. Andy was responsive and professional from the outset and came in with a very competitive quote and provided great advise on the installation. Andy and his team worked with our contractors to ensure the work was completed as necessary keeping to all dates and times commited. During the course of the work the location of the compressor needed to be altered which was also handled by the team very efficiently. I have been very impressed with the solution Sensible Air Solutions through the installation and the service they provided and would not hesitate in using their servies again and can not recommend them highly enough.
