I had may hair Olaplex treatment done with Ian. Was great treatment and fabulous service. The wait time was roughly 10-15 min and I had booked my appointment online same day. I would give the place 5*, but I given it 4* as they used same hair brush for the previous customer with hair on it. I would recommend to use an individually/sanitized hair brushes for every client. Thanks and will come again in the future.

Went to Evelyn's House of Hair and Beauty for my first ever Bamboo Massage, this was my first massage of any type! The staff were so so understanding, kind and pleasant. Offered me a drink, then the lady who gave me the massage told me what was going to happen and asked me if everything was OK and how I was feeling. As my first experience, this was so positive as I was really nervous. I will definitely be back again. Thank you to all staff today :)

Fab place. I absolutely love coming here. Top quality and friendly beauty and hair professionals. You're made to feel so welcome and comfortable in the salon. The place itself is amazing. So well designed and furnished. The lie down massage chairs at the backwash are out of this world! Matt does mine and my partners hair, and he's a brilliant hairdresser. He knows exactly what you want, and I trust his advice. My beauty needs are mainly taken care of by the very talented and lovely Shani. Nails, facials, waxing, make-up.... highly recommend her 👌🏼 The rest of the salon staff are all friendly and warm, and I enjoy talking food with the bubbly Bridget!! Looking forward to my next visit....very Happy client 😀

Lovely store, very friendly staff but the waxing service is not the greatest, I thought maybe it was because it was my first time - it was difficult but the leg wax was not much better, I have patches on the back of my leg, a strip going down the front and hairy knees hahaha which is not ideal after paying almost £65+ to get a wax.
