Best bike shop in manchester! i've been coming in for about 10 years different bikes/different issues, and they are always happy to help. the staff are really kind, knowledgeable & trustworthy , i really wouldn't go anywhere else. they've helped me out in a few emergencies in the past, couldn't recommend this place more highly. harry hall's is a genuine manchester institution

I've not been in hh for years but the level of service i received from the staff there was brilliant as usual. i went in to buy a bike for my daughter who was a bit diaay with the colours available. si and steve were sompatient with her and offered me some great advice about the helmets, locks and lights. even delivered the bike for me too. it's always a pleasure to spend time and spend money in harry halls

A wonderful bike shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. steve and andy were brilliant in helping pick out a new bike, giving expert advice, and then the process of ordering through the cycle to work scheme. very happy with the bike and accessories and the level of customer service, plus the follow-up service. highly recommend!

Recently went in to get advice on a brompton and the staff were excellent! incredibly knowledgeable, with first hand experience of the bikes and didn’t make me feel at all ‘stupid’ for asking the questions i needed to ask (as other bike shops sadly often do). amazing experience and i’m thrilled with the bike we chose in the end!
