The Pinarello Store

Picked up my 1st road bike from the Manchester Store. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. After care has been great also.

The skill and expertise of the team in Manchester is second to none and the service is exceptional. I felt I was in expert hands the minute I entered the store and wow did I need it. My 2021 Prince had a number of issues following delivery from a large online retailer in including missing parts from the build! I needed real expert help. The issues were identified and rectified following a full strip down and rebuild by the experts of Pinarello Manchester. I was staggered by the attention to detail coupled with the final result. The bike now rides like the dream bike it should be and I would recommend these guys without hesitation. Special thanks to Connor who’s expert advise and workmanship is second to none. Thanks Guys !

I had my F12 Dogma in for its first service / check up after collecting the bike in January this year. The service was super efficient and I was really pleased that the technician took the time out to explain what he had done to the bike in terms of adjustments and changing. The store staff where really interested in how I was getting on with my new bike and any feedback I had. For me, just excellent customer service delivered efficiently and politely. Thank you Ian

Bought my Pinarello Dogma F10 from here. Stuart the staff member who served me was excellent, very knowledgeable and passionate about the products sold in the store and more importantly put up with my anal ways about how I like my bikes 😁😁. I spoke to an older guy first and then spoke to Sam. Sam's energy and enthusiasm was brilliant. I even asked him if they work on commission, because I would want him to sell me a bike. Its a shame Pinarello only offer a 5 year warranty as it makes it a really difficult choice when compared to the Specialized Tarmac/Aethos which are lifetime warranty. Saying that the blue mat finish on the F5 was gorgeous.
