I ordered a red velvet cake for my niece's 18th birthday. the cake was simply lovely. everyone that saw it commented on how lovely it was. my niece loved it and when we finally cut the cake, it was very fluffy, moist, velvety and delicious. we couldn't have asked for more. cakesbybims understood what i wanted and went over and above to have it delivered herself and i'm appreciative of this gesture. she came highly recommended by a friend and i was not disappointed. i will be recommending her to everyone that needs a cake for any occasion. thank you cakesbybims for making my niece's day.

I am very happy with my cake from this company. customer service was excellent efficient and professional. i was able to communicate what i wanted they sent me a sketch which i was able to amend very useful. the price was really good for the cake size and design i ordered very happy. the company offered paid delivery to the venue for the cake which was very useful cake arrived on time. taste was good the cake was not dry. tasted good there was no cake left by the end of the night. overall i would definitely order again if i lived in manchester.
