I have used Louise numerous times starting with my wedding cake. From then she sealed the deal as my number 1. What made me choose her in the first place? She was at a wedding fayre at Hotel football and I overheard her talking about how her cakes should taste the part not just look it, and that's what I was looking for. We had an amazing consultation and the cake was exactly what I wanted. Since then she's made 7 cakes for me and umpteen cupcakes for special occasions.
