Called in to verify a repair quoted elsewhere at £1,200 to £1,500. john carried out a quick repair (15 minutes) that was totally acceptable. honest and friendly service that seems to be unusual in the trade. i am happy to recommend him.

Andy and his team at mcr were extremely friendly and helpful with giving me a quotation. my car was hit(hit and run) and they were really helpful and even provided a free fitting service for my door handle to temporarily get me back on the road. you really can't find helpful trades like this nowadays so i really appreciate it. will definitely use the service and recommend in future

The service provided by john was outstanding. he was very helpful, friendly and handsome. my bumper had a hole and some scratches and at first john agreed to repair it instead of getting a new bumper, however when they tried to repair it the bumper broke and without hesitation john ordered a new bumper for me. he explained it all to me over the phone as i was panicking and he was very calm and collected which helped me not panic. i came to collect my car and bring it back when the part arrives. i brought my car back when the part came and it was all fitted and looked amazing. to top it all up john also got my car to be washed by the car wash which was on the same road free of charge. your the best john! this is the only place i trust my car with and i can't recommend it enough.

After a car reversed into me and smashed the side of my car, i wasn't sure how to deal with it. then i remembered that one of my friends had recently had his car repaired at manchester car repairs and was extremely happy. in called mcr from the scene and sent some images. i was sent a comprehensive estimate via email within minutes. due to the cost we decided it would be claim against the person who drove into me. within a couple of hours my vehicle was collected and a courtesy car provided. i was continually update over the next few days about the progress of repairs. my car was repaired within a week or so and valeted prior to being returned to me. an exceptional level of service from without a doubt manchester's number one accident repair centre. a big thank you to john and his team.
