Castlefield Car Centre

We visited Castlefield Car Centre on Saturday to look at a car we'd viewed online. On arrival the car was outside waiting for us to view. We were given the keys and left alone to inspect at our leisure, having been advised that if we needed any information they were there to help. We dealt with a gentleman called Billy who was very knowledgeable (and helpful) about all aspects of the vehicle, from the car itself to all he control panels, sound systems, sat nav, etc etc. The car itself was in pristine condition. The process of purchase was explained clearly, that (although it had a few months to go) it would be MOT'd on Monday & ready to collect by Tuesday afternoon. This happened as described. We collected the car yesterday afternoon and again, the process was seamless with MOT done. They filled the online forms for us in order to tax it. The paperwork, manuals, Sat Nav SD card etc all ready. Billy was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with both professionally & personally. Credit where credit's due. We have only had the car for 24 hours but everything appears to be fine. If it turned out not to be so I would return to update this review but it isn't my expectation. Our experience thus far deserves the 5 star rating I've given. I notice that the low reviews seem to relate to people travelling to view a car only to find it's been sold. This certainly didn't happen to us at CCC but it did happen to us at another garage last week and it is very annoying, luckily we hadn't travelled far. I'm sure the company would improve their rating further by making sure this didn't happen. Just a thought :)

Brought my first car at Castlefield car centre the car was in great condition for its age, sales staff went above and beyond with providing me with the best customer service. Overall I had great experience at Castlefield car sales and would definitely go back to buy next car soon as I am comfortable driving a big car.

My partner recently purchased a car from Castlefield car centre and couldn't thank them enough for the quick service and polite staff we spoke too. They delivered the car the next day in great condition and servicing it fully. The only thing was the second key wasn't brought with the first key and failed to come in the post meaning we had to pick it up but other than that it's 10/10 service and would go here again. Thankyou.

Bought an bmw 118d in feb, car was faultless. Had an issue with the drive chain 3 months later, they collected the car no questions asked, replaced & repaired within one week, highly recommended, the service I received was 5 star, very friendly, polite centre. Fast, reliable and honest.

Fantastic service from start to finish, the cars are excellent quality, you will get a good deal here, they won't rip you off. Billy dealt with us and he was very professional and did exactly what he said, very happy with our new car and will definitely go back to Billy for our next car.
