Really good experience with this garage with my renault zoe ev. came to them from renault who wanted to charge a fortune to change compressor as heating and aircon not working. matteus systematically checked everything and got it all working explaining everything in detail to me and showing me step by step. very knowledgeable. highly recommended.

As the only member of hevra in manchester, matt had an encyclopaedic knowledge of evs and quickly diagnosed the heating problem with my tesla model s that many other garages either couldn’t or wouldn’t. explained the issue to me clearly, sourced replacement parts from his sources and kept me regularly updated with progress (inc. pics and vids). even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was working well! top class service from highly knowledgeable technicians.

Competent & knowledgeable ev specialists, definitely recommend. i had an electrical fault with a retrofitted charger controller that was draining my 12v nissan leaf battery - matt was able to do diagnostics to isolate the problem and rectify it. i'll be coming back here for any other work and mot, as i've clearly now got confidence with these guys.

Incredible service! i was let down by a garage which left me really worried and upset about my car. whilst distressed, matt took the time to talk me through the issue, asked questions and reassured me (this was before i even booked in). soon after i arranged to bring in the car the next day and within 3 hours of drop off, the car was diagnosed, repaired and a new part ordered for an additional repair! i was so worried about cost and outcomes but it was so reasonable and fair and when i returned for the extra repair, i was in and out in 5 minutes whilst on my lunch. cannot thank them enough. i was treated with respect and kindness (not always true of women visiting garages!!) and never patronised. highly recommended!
