Contacted matt late friday afternoon to ask for availability as needed carpets cleaning quite quickly, he arrived saturday afternoon. he did a brilliant job and really helped us out. would definitely recommend and use his expertise again. great value for money also. thanks again matt :)
Excellent service from matt and grace, they arrived on time and set to work straight away. they were both pleasant and polite they cleaned my lounge, landing and stairs carpets and they have come up looking like new, i am extremely pleased with the result. l would not hesitate to use them again and i definitely recommend them.
Matt was super professional and did a great job in cleaning our carpeted floors. he was quick in responding, came to view and quote on the same day that i got in touch with him and was available to do the job the next week. he always gave 20-30 mins heads up before coming. matt did the job in around 2 hours and the carpets are now clean as never. too bad we didn't take any before pictures, but trust me, you would clearly see the difference. even though we cleared the room from all smaller items, matt moved the bigger ones (sofas, armchairs, table) as he cleaned, so we didn't need to carry heavy loads. after he finished the job he even left us a bottle of spots and stains spray cleaner to continuously take care of our carpets. all in all, super happy with the service, price, communication and everything else. would definitely recommend hiring matt :)
Matt did a fantastic job of removing two stains left by spilt makeup and cleaning the surrounding carpets. the carpets came up like new! matt also took the time to move furniture to clean underneath and was conscientious and professional throughout. his 'state of the art' machine removed almost all the excess water so the carpets felt virtually dry after he'd finished. i can highly recommend trafford carpet cleaning and would be happy to use them again in the future.
Matt is a lovely and polite person, my carpets needed a good clean, more than i could do with scrubbing! i have a dog and a teenager!! when matt left i was expecting clean carpets, what i wasn’t expecting was for them to look new again. absolutely delighted and if you need a carpet cleaner matt is your man! 5🌟s
