Another cleaning company let me down on the day of my scheduled end of tenancy clean so i called around companies in manchester and managed to get a clean scheduled for the next morning with this company. i was sent a confirmation email promptly with all the details of my booking confirmed correctly. the next morning, the cleaner called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive as agreed and arrived at the property at the exact time promised. both cleaners were courteous and required little from me before they got to work cleaning the house. as agreed, they text me 30 minutes before they were due to leave so i could get back to the property to meet them. i was very impressed with what they managed to achieve in 4 1/2 hours. i was particularly pleased with the carpets considering the stains which were on them previously and the oven looked brand new! i was asked to put on shoe covers before inspecting the house, once satisfied, i paid the cleaners and they went on their way. i wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company and this crew in particular. would definitely use this company again - reliable, prompt, thorough and £60 cheaper than my previous booking! thank you
