I used this company for a internal Employment Misconduct Hearing, My workplace 'union' instructed them to represent me, on my behalf. Daniel Weed was my solicitor. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with Dan, and therefore the company as a whole. I guess from a client point of view, all I really wanted in simple terms, is to win the allegation we were fighting against. We did win, and so I guess by default it means that I would naturally be satisfied, but the service and personal touch I received from Dan highlights his professionalism and compassion regardless of the win/lose outcome. It wasn't just the 'win' that I was satisfied with. He listened when I needed him to, and made sure I listened when he needed me to, he would always be realistic when managing expectations.
