I can't rate mary monson solicitors highly enough. i was recommended to use them by my father who had used them a couple of years ago. having never been in the situation i found myself in i was unsure who to contact or what the process was. from my first dealings with the firm i felt at ease from day one. the staff were always polite and helpful and always explained things to me in plain english so i that i could understand. i dealt with a few members of staff through out my case, most notably liam and ellen. both are an absolute credit to their profession. i was having a really stressful time and those two really helped me out. they were always easy to get in touch with whether it be by phone, text or email and i know i can't have been an easy customer to deal with but not once did i feel like i was being an inconvenience. i'd highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a trustworthy solicitor as they treat you like a friend rather than a customer. 10 out of 10.
