Olliers Solicitors

I instructed Olliers to represent me with a case which is currently ongoing. I was appointed Nicola Bruce to deal with pre charge representation. I selected Olliers after speaking to four other reputable law firms, a lot of the other firms was significantly cheaper however would not allow me to talk to a solicitor without paying money first (£3000>). I informed one law firm that I had lines of enquiries that needed to be delivered however was met with the reply of “it’s a bit of a waiting game at this stage” To which I strongly disagreed with, but was happy for me to pay £3000 to essentially wait? And be a go between? I initially spoke with Ruth twice for a considerable amount of time discussing the circumstances to which she agreed they could assist me with and that I had some good points that should be delivered. I later received a phone call from Nicola Bruce to discuss further after them being appointed. She clearly broke down the legal side and what information was required which I needed to deliver on in order for her to execute. To date, Nicola and Olliers have delivered, I hope Olliers, Nicola and myself continue the hard work in due course.

Prevented me from being added to the barred lists Never could i have fought my case the way in which olliers did. Their representations were far beyond what i could have done alone, they argued my case and included evidence that i wouldnt have even thought to include. They also provided guidance for my letters, evidence and supporting letters and again, this included very important information that I would never have known to include. From the moment I contacted olliers they were very helpful and informative. Once I hired them they were immediately on the case and within less than 24 hours I had a phone call with the solicitor to discuss the dbs case In it's entirety.
