Technician came to look at my washing machine. Though he came to the conclusion that it would be more cost-effective for me to purchase a new washer than to fix this one, I appreciated his honesty and was very impressed when he said he wouldn't charge me for the visit. I would definitely approach this company again if I should ever need service in the future.

My oven stopped heating up fast. One quick call to Hawk Appliances to explain the issue and a follow up text to provide my address and appointment was set within 48 hours. Prior to arrival the technician let me know he was 20 mins out and arrived right on time. He had the part on hand and made quick work with the repair and cleaned up everything before leaving. This has never been my experience with a service call, Samsung still hasn't confirmed their appointment and meanwhile it's done and for a fair price. I highly recommend and while I hope I don't have any more appliance issues, I know who I'm calling if I do.

Hands down the best appliance repair services in Manchester! Abbas came to my house, took apart my washer and discovered the problem was not the washer, but the drain. He put my washer back together and referred me to a different business who could fix the problem. He didn't even charge me for the house call. I will use you these guys moving forward no questions asked!! Honesty goes a long way. High Five!
