I have been signed with the estate agent Manchester for almost two years. It is the best agent with great staffs I ever met since I came to Manchester. They are really friendly and helpful, very fast response by email, great communication and advise. I would be very recommend dealing with them. Best wishes to the company.

Customer service at its best. You won't get better. I promise! I had a problem which I was worried about and emailed late at night hoping they would get onto it in the morning. I was amazed to get a response that same night!! Unbelievable. Says it all. Robert and team are fantastic - I can not speak too highly of them I have various properties with various agencies but this agency beats them all hands down!! So helpful, so accommodating - they are the best. They even found a buyer for my property. So when it was sold I was pleased re the sale but a little upset that I have lost an agency IMHO are just head and shoulders above the rest. Try them and you will see exactly what I mean. I'm a working professional who was a tenant for 18 months with these cowboys. I moved into a property to find stains on the walls, a broken toilet, broken chair and poor quality kitchen flooring. The apartment hadn't been decorated prior to our move. We also had to ask to replace extremely poor quality mattresses which took 6 months. At the end of our tenancy, they tried to claim £700 of our deposit and refused to return it after making false claims about the condition of the property. I had to go through a dispute with the 'DPS deposit scheme' which has finally been resolved 2 months later. THANK GOD! Absolutely appalling behaviour from them in such difficult times. Would not recommend at all, worst agency I've ever experienced.

I have used TEAM for property management and I have to commend the team. They source great tenants and are quick to identify any potential risks and resolve issues that may arise accordingly. I can go months without contacting the team because everything is like clockwork which suits me perfectly. Robert and Danny provide fantastic leadership to the team and they are simply awesome. I have and would continue to recommend them to friends and family.
