By far one of the best gyms for hit workouts all of the staff are so welcoming and friendly allowing opportunities to use all equipment which is great! not only offers an amazing gym workout but it’s overall design layout is incredible with changing rooms being spacious and accessible. even have on site protein shakes which i’ll be sure to try each flavour, happy to be a member!

Can’t recommend enough! amazing and interactive workouts and the loveliest staff members! the workouts are intense, but adjustable to your fitness level. the small touches like polaroids of members, cold towels with essential oils and personalised messages on your shakes make the whole experience so enjoyable, luxurious and unlike anything i’ve tried before. the staff members are the best part of the experience. they are so helpful, positive, encouraging and just amazing 💛 i love it!

One of the best, most interactive workouts i've experienced with the facilities to match! the workouts are intense but scaleable to your level of fitness, you never leave a class thinking you could have given more. the heart rate monitor is a great addition and pushes you to work harder. all the staff are so lovely and always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, nothing is too much to ask. the instructors are really motivating and welcoming and make sure to shout people out in the class which makes the experience more personal. the facilities are second to none. amazing showers, their own toiletry products, hairdryers, straighteners, deodorant, hair bobbles etc. the protein shakes are also the perfect way to finish up the whole experience and can all be made vegan! couldn't recommend trib3 more! makes fitness fun again.

Absolutely amazing workout! every time i've been i've been greeted by the loveliest staff on the desk. the changing rooms are clean and slick, and ensure a relaxed experience before beginning the class. the classes are brilliant; varied, exciting, comfortable and lead by the most amazing, motivating and supportive coaches. you can even get a shake for when you finish the class- they are delicious and the staff even wrote a sweet message for me! an amazing experience overall and i'll definitely be going back!
