Friendly helpful staff, clean room, room is basic but that’s what you pay for at the low price. central location. beds are comfy and air con keeps the room cool. would stay again due to low price

Lovely little hotel. budget friendly. if you want something fancy then it might not be for you but if you want budget friendly, good location and clean rooms then it's perfect for you. the rooms are super clean but very compact. facilities are lacking, a hair dryer would have been a perfect addition and i wasn't overly impressed having to pay 20p for hot water to make a tea but it's not the end of the world.

Great place for a one or two night stay. no kettle or wardrobe - very basic room but this place was just what we needed this weekend. the room was spotlessly clean, was given towels and had ac. the staff were so friendly, especially asif who made sure our stay was as enjoyable and comfy as possible.

Great customer service from asif, who helped us with anything we needed during our stay. great room for wheelchair accessibility- spacious enough for our 3 night stay. came down from scotland for my birthday and this is the second time i have stayed here. would return again. they even have coffee and snacks available 24/7 perfect for late night snack and caffeine fix first thing in the morning

Super quick and friendly check in experience from heather, excellent room that was immaculate and really comfortable with an ac which was perfect for this summer heat! perfect location right in the northern quarter so you're in walking distance to everything you need (definitely nip over the road for coffee at ezra and gill!). thanks again to heather for the great experience, loved our time away!
