Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre

Great hotel, with very comfortable beds and a good shower. Very affordable brunch option available for £13 each which included unlimited mimosas. Security guards asked to see our key cards when we arrived back at the hotel at night which we thought was weird but I guess it means the hotel is secure!

Rooms new and shiny. Good facilities. Booking in/out on line pointless. Still have to go to reception for key?? Breakfast very good. Hotel well placed for many venues. Good eating places close to.

( special thanks to Mr Kunal as he solved the issues immediately) This is absolutely a wonderful hotel that I can make it with 7 stars. Safe , comfortable, location next to Oxford train station and buss station , shops and restaurants.. The staff at very high level of professionalism with big smile and welcoming. I’m currently at the hotel and I’m really enjoying. Food also delicious (if you hesitate please proceed). It’s only one comment on housekeeping team need more effort in order to secure the furniture and carpet and increase life span.

Stayed here for one night midweek and very impressed with this establishment. 5 min walk from the train station and very close to the town centre. Very open plan design next to the train track/bridge. You can hear the trains if you have your window open but nothing when closed. Staff are friendly and attentive. Check out is 11:00 which almost caught us out. Rooms are very large and well planned. Safe in room and standard iron. Bathroom has a great walk in shower. Breakfast is amazing with everything you could ask for, even a gluten free section! Hot and cold options as you would expect. Fresh coffee which was lovely. Slightly expensive but no complaints apart from that. Recommended.

The location, right in the centre of the city, is perfect for our needs. Parking can be arranged nearby, this is a very simple process explained clearly by staff, who were excellent as usual, nothing was too much trouble. Check-in and check-out online are convenient options if you really must, but we much prefer having a chat with the lovely people at the reception desk. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the bar area is friendly and welcoming. We have not yet taken breakfast or dinner at the hotel so are unable to comment.
