Gusto Italian

Food is lovely. Cocktails are well priced and presented. But service really let it down. We were seated next to the kitchen. We were served our mains and were missing a culterly set so intern requested a set just for the waitress to disappear. We then spent the next 5 minutes trying to get the attention of the waiters and waitresses at the Service area who where to busy playing tic tac toe and talking. Then This happened again when we were served hot desserts at the time . Again asked for culterly, but for all 6 of us to be looking around calling waiters and waitresses for the next 10 minutes trying to get a hold of the mass amount of staff stood talking. Service charge of 12.5% = £27 This Really rubbed it in . I'd expect a service charge from a restaurant with a personal waiter. Not this As it was a birthday we did not want to kick up a fuss and ruin the occasion. I do not normally post reviews like this but thought this restaurant needs to sort it out before more reviews like this appear. as it has lovely food.

Excellent food and service. Steak was cooked perfectly, we asked for medium rare. However, a very noisy environment, i would say this is definitely more of a social space to eat. Definitely recommend if you love Italian cuisine!

Visited as part of a large group. We had a whole section of the restaurant and hung out at the bar beforehand. Staff were very helpful, even though we were a big group and it was quite busy. Food was good and a reasonable price for what was on offer. Overall a good evening

Absolutely spot on experience. Great service, great food! We were served by Irene who was very nice. We ordered, parsley Gusto Petals, Vegan Meatballs, Fettuccine Ragu and two sides of skins on fries. Everything was very tasty, we wanted the herb and sage roast potatoes but they had ran out (they were so nice at the Alderley Edge) The table was nice we sat at and the toilets were also clean. Great location and lovely inside and out!

The atmosphere is gorgeous, with the large bar parked in the middle of the room. It is a noise atmosphere (we were the noisy ones this time, sorry 😅), and the staff were very friendly and joked around with us. The food was delicious, although the pasta was a little undercooked. The pizzas and the starters were very good. Would definitely recommend dining here.
