I had been recommended austen & blake as jewellers from a family member and decided to go into the store looking for an engagement ring. i experienced very helpful and efficient service working in store with charlotte to establish everything i wanted in the ring. the ring itself arrived 1 week earlier than estimated and the product itself cannot be faulted. it is a gorgeous piece of jewellery and exactly what i was hoping for.
So so easy and straight forward! alyshia had all of my requirements before the call and presented me what i had chosen and what she would recommend given the ring size. made the perfect ring and have an appointment to go see it shortly. honestly couldn’t have been easier for such a big decision. super service!
Just got a ring yesterday july 1st 2023. ordered 3 weeks prior delivery was collection all on time and perfect. advisor rosie helped me choose and design the perfect ring, she was awesome from start to finish i recommend using her for a smooth perfect process
I cannot fault the experience we had at austin and blake. rosie at the manchester store was friendly, informative and warm. she took us through all the options for my engagement ring and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. i absolutely love my engagement ring, it is just what i wanted. i am so happy with the experience of shopping with austin and blake. rosie’s customer service skills were exceptional - when we collected the ring she remembered things we had told her when we met her over a month ago and it made the whole experience feel very personal and bespoke. i would recommend austin and blake to anyone choosing their engagement ring or indeed any other item of jewellery. thank you very much rosie.
