I had a fantastic experience at diamond heaven with the manchester team. a friendly team member named beth served me first and showed me a wonderful selection of different engagement rings, until i was happy with the perfect one, and it great value for money. i picked it up from the equally friendly hannah a week later. my fiancé was so pleased with it when i proposed soon after!
