Manchester Cathedral

Large on the inside. Beautifully decorated. We heard snippets from a tour and used the literature provided to learn about the cathedral. This building has been treasured by many for a long time. Worth a visit.

Manchester Cathedral is a breathtaking masterpiece. Its Gothic architecture and rich history create a serene atmosphere. The stunning stained glass windows and impressive vaulted ceilings make it a must-visit destination. A true gem in the heart of Manchester

It's a very quick tour and can be done in 20 mins with a good look around. It's a very small place, not sure why it's classed as a cathedral. I've seen local churches that are bigger.

Beautiful building with a rich history. The outside looks stunning and is surrounded by loads of shops, restaurants and hotels. The cathedral is easy to find. I walked to the cathedral, but taking a taxi to it is also easily possible. Whilst I was visiting, I read about an old visit of Queen Elizabeth and saw the spectacular interior inside. A must visit when going to Manchester.

It's a very beautiful Cathedral. I came on a weekday afternoon, wasn't crowded and perfect to walk around without too much noise. And the entrance was free.
