Did my ipaf today with james ackland. enjoyed the course and it was very informative. learned a lot of things not taught on previous ipaf courses.
Completed the course today with james ackland. very informative and professional, but with an added personable approach. i feel fully comfortable on the machines following the course, and my overall knowledge of ipaf in general has increased. would 100% recommend james as an instructor.
In future we will always used smiths hire the staff member mike from the openshaw branch made our full experience so easy and speedy when hiring the carpet cleaner, nothing was too much trouble my house smells brand new again thank you
