I had a back massage with alina and can easily say it was the best massage experience i’ve ever had. alina’s medical knowledge and understanding on where my tension lies was outstanding and i really felt as though the correct areas were targeted in order to relieve my long standing tension and knots. lots of different techniques were used with warning before hand on what i would feel, she also told me when to breathe in and out and what i needed to do for the technique to work. definitely will be booking again for my next session, thank you so much!

I’ve had deep tissue massage from both daisy and monica and they were both incredible. working in the fitness industry i end up with a lot of knots and tightness but i left each time feeling so much looser! cannot recommend enough, they’re both very skilled, highly professional and friendly.

First time here. was such a good experience. staff are really friendly. had the deep tissue massage (i forget the ladies name as i was enjoying it that much clearly) but she was great. i definitely needed it, will be coming back in the future 😊

Francisco is a talented, professional therapist. removed knots i didn't know existed in my legs and provided stretch exercises for my back to get the most benefit. respectful and knowledgeable, i will be booking regularly to get the knots out for good! receptionist debi made me welcome, can't wait to go back 😊
