I booked the reiki and sound healing treatment with sarah and i felt wonderful after it! i found the sound healing very relaxing as it reduced all of my stress away. she made me feel so at ease before the treatment as she explained the benefits of sound healing and reiki. i felt balance from the vibrations of the instruments and her healing hands. i definitely recommend this treatment to anyone who would like to try and alternative way to healing the body. i slept very well after the treatment. thanks a lot.

I had an hour long swedish massage plus a facial massage. i found it very relaxing, plus it helped to relieve muscular pain. sarah was friendly and put me at my ease. i would definitely recommend as sarah seems skilled, competent and knowledgeable.

Having had massage treatments for many years and in many different countries, i can say with confidence that my experience with sarah at nu.u. therapy raises the bar to where massage treatments should be. never have i received a treatment with so much thought and attention to detail demonstrated as i have here. sarah seamlessly adjusted and configured the massage to suit my individual needs, and knots of course, it was exceptional. i can't recommend her highly enough and she is a credit to the profession.
