Delighted with the kingsize zip and link mattress i purchased from winstons beds. i ordered just before lockdown and still i was kept fully informed of the progress and my mattress was delivered at the earliest opportunity. the couriers who delivered were professional and courteous. i cannot fault the service from start to end. the mattress is very comfortable that me and my wife enjoy sleeping on.
We are extremely happy with our new wessex collection mattress from winstons beds. the website was easy to use with great information. it was also very helpful to be able to then talk to someone about the wessex mattress we'd selected to see if it was the right one for us. even though there was not many reviews to go by all reviews were praising winstons and so we took a gamble what paid off. the mattress itself is absolutely perfect, excellent craftsmanship!!! thank you winstons!!!!!

I purchased an alderley mattress for my parents a short while ago. unfortunately there was a slight mark on the cover of the mattress. this was dealt with swiftly and professionally by winstons beds who immediately arranged a replacement. i understand that these things can happen. we used the original mattress until the replacement arrived today. my parents are delighted with the mattress and told me it is the most comfortable mattress they have ever slept on and the quality is excellent. i thoroughly recommend winstons beds. their mattresses are great quality and value. i can not fault the customer service and communication through reece who is extremely helpful. thank you winstons.
